The ethereal sensations and the notes of cherry and wild berries typical of Montepulciano led us to Montepasso, whose winemaking process winks at the typical methods of Venetian reds: the grapes are “passed again” on the dried marc of Nerone, our Conero Riserva after the first fermentation. The wine thus obtained acquires greater structure and roundness, a more intense color and even more complex aromas of ripe fruit.
